A third generation naturalist, born and raised in South Africa, Douglas lived in the bush at a very early age. Between education and farming, Douglas’ spare time was spent traveling around Africa. Following in his father’s footsteps, Douglas naturally entered the safari business.

After graduating with a Masters Degree in Agricultural Business and Marketing from the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester, England, Douglas moved to Tanzania and joined the company as Operations Manager. Douglas has lived and worked in Tanzania both in safari management and as a Professional Guide.
