Wayne Williamson was born in Zimbabwe in 1967 and spent his childhood in the Hwange National
Park, Zimbabwe, where his father was the ecologist for the park.
After a two-year apprenticeship he wrote and qualified for his Professional Photographic Guides license in Zimbabwe.
He was awarded the prestigious "Guide of the Year" trophy a year later.
