Situated to take in the magnificent views across broad flood plains, endless savanna, and volcanic craters, permanent tented camps strike a perfect balance between luxury and natural accomodations. Complete with large sleeping tents with en suite bathrooms and specially designed dining tents, some are designed to be very similar to classic tented safari camps while others may be even more elaborate. Each have their own special style and atmosphere.

Although cooked in permanent kitchens, the food in permanent tented camps is very similar to our Classic Tented Safaris with lots of imaginatively well prepared fresh locally produced meat and vegetables, fruit and salads. All permanent tented camps have a wide selection of imported and local wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks.
